Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or next working day. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
UK Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service
International Delivery
- Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 working days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at clarkesfusions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 working days with next steps. Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at clarkesfusions@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
