Shipping policy
Dad (Stephen) is in charge of packing and shipping and we think he does a wonderful job! We take special care to try and make sure your parcel and goodies arrive safely and promptly.Â
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or next working day. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
UK Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch. Though we always aim for 2-3 days, we unfortunately cannot control delays in transit, especially during busy periods, or weather delays
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service
- If you need an item by a specific date we can try to accommodate you - please get in touch
International Delivery
- Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 working days after dispatch.
