A striking polished Atlantisite freeform featuring a deep forest-green serpentine matrix scattered with rounded mint-green and soft lilac-purple mineral inclusions.
The purple areas are stichtite, appearing within the surrounding serpentine in small, naturally formed patches. Some are framed by pale green and cream halos, creating beautiful little bursts of contrasting colour across the darker stone.
Its unusual sculptural shape allows the piece to sit securely for display, while each polished face reveals a different arrangement of markings and mineral inclusions.
Atlantisite is the trade name commonly given to the natural combination of purple stichtite and green serpentine.
