A fascinating natural fallen stalactite from the limestone caves near Minera, North Wales, presented as two matching pieces that were originally part of the same formation.

Stalactites form slowly over long periods as mineral-rich water drips through limestone cave systems, depositing layers of calcite over time. This specimen shows beautiful natural banding and flowing patterns throughout, with a warm cream and caramel-toned surface that gives it excellent display appeal.

The larger section measures approximately 31.5cm, with the smaller matching piece measuring approximately 9.5cm. Together they form a striking example of natural cave calcite growth.
