This beautiful natural piece features abundant brassy-gold metallic Chalcopyrite across a sparkling pale Quartz-rich matrix. The metallic areas display attractive iridescent blue, purple, green and copper-toned tarnishing, giving the specimen the colourful appearance commonly associated with Peacock Ore.
There is plenty of character throughout the piece, including chunky metallic formations, sparkling crystalline areas, natural cavities and contrasting areas of darker and iron-stained matrix.
