A striking decorative art glass paperweight featuring an intricate suspended ribbon design within a beautifully clear glass body.
The base is filled with sweeping layers of soft pink, white and deeper raspberry-toned glass, creating a marbled, almost wave-like effect. Rising through the centre are elegant twisting ribbons of clear and silver-toned textured glass, looping and crossing one another to create a wonderfully sculptural design.
The elongated egg-shaped form gives this piece plenty of presence, while the internal design catches and reflects the light differently from every angle. A lovely piece of decorative glass for a collection, display cabinet, desk or windowsill.
