A striking natural Galena mineral specimen with pale Calcite crystals, displaying excellent metallic grey crystal structure and contrasting translucent mineral growth.
The galena features its characteristic lead-grey metallic lustre with prominent blocky, stepped and cubic cleavage surfaces. Scattered across the specimen are contrasting pale translucent crystals and areas of cream-coloured natural matrix, creating an especially interesting multi-mineral display piece.
Different viewing angles reveal numerous reflective metallic surfaces and geometric formations throughout the galena.
