Gracie Fields – Focus On Gracie Fields
UK double vinyl compilation released by Decca in 1977, catalogue number FOS 37/8. Presented in a gatefold sleeve with photographs and biographical notes, with both records and Decca paper inner sleeves included.
A collection spanning recordings from 1936 to 1962, featuring Sally, The Biggest Aspidistra in the World, Sing as We Go, Wish Me Luck as You Wave Me Goodbye and Now Is the Hour.
The records have red Decca labels. This is a stereo release, with some original mono recordings electronically reprocessed for stereo, as indicated on the sleeve.
Condition: The gatefold sleeve shows surface rubbing, scuffing and edge and corner wear, with a handwritten price sticker on the front. The vinyl retains its shine, with some visible light surface marks and dust. Playback has not been verified, so no formal vinyl grade is assigned.
