Natural rough Angelite (blue Anhydrite) mineral specimen, weighing approximately 99g.
This chunky specimen displays the characteristic soft blue-grey to periwinkle colouring associated with Angelite, surrounded by a contrasting chalky white outer surface. One broad face exposes the blue interior particularly well, with attractive pale mottling throughout.
Left in its natural rough form, this is an interesting example showing the contrast between the blue mineral interior and its lighter weathered exterior.
