Chuck Berry – St. Louis to Frisco to Memphis

A vintage 23-track double-vinyl compilation released in the UK by Philips in 1972.

This substantial collection gathers Chuck Berry recordings from his Mercury period. The first record features his memorable 1967 performance at the Fillmore Auditorium, backed by the Steve Miller Band, while the second record collects studio recordings from the same era.

The gatefold sleeve opens to reveal monochrome photographs of Chuck Berry alongside the complete track listing.

Songs include Johnny B. Goode, Rockin’ at the Fillmore, Everyday I Have the Blues, C.C. Rider, Driftin’ Blues, Fillmore Blues, Wee Baby Blues, Louis to Frisco, Back to Memphis, My Tambourine, Misery and many more.
