A wonderfully unusual natural Moroccan Menalite concretion, also commonly known as a Fairy Stone or Goddess Stone, weighing approximately 214g.
Menalite forms naturally within sediment, producing bizarre rounded and sculptural shapes that can look almost carved despite being entirely natural.
This substantial specimen has a particularly interesting multi-lobed form, with several smooth rounded projections and overlapping curved formations wrapping around the main body.
Its predominantly chalky cream-white colouring is accented by warm ochre staining and occasional darker mineral markings, giving the specimen plenty of natural character.
