A substantial decorative art glass paperweight featuring a striking deep cobalt-blue base and seven elongated clear bubble formations suspended within the glass.
The clear teardrop-shaped forms rise at different heights from the rich blue lower section, creating an almost floating effect when viewed through the thick clear glass. Numerous tiny bubbles and speckled inclusions throughout the blue add further depth, while the rounded outer form magnifies and distorts the internal design beautifully from different angles.
At over 1.1kg, this is a particularly substantial paperweight with plenty of weight and presence, making it an impressive piece for a desk, shelf or glass collection.
