A natural rough Rhodonite mineral specimen weighing approximately 22g, displaying attractive pink, mauve and purplish-red colouring with contrasting dark manganese-rich inclusions.
The specimen has a solid, granular crystalline texture with variations in colour across its different faces. Dark grey to black mineral patches run through parts of the stone, providing characteristic contrast against the pink manganese-rich material.
Left completely raw and unpolished, this is an interesting small collector specimen showing Rhodonite in its natural form rather than as a polished stone.
