A wonderfully unusual polished conglomerate stone tower featuring a warm dusty-pink and brick-red matrix filled with naturally contrasting rock fragments.

Throughout the piece are scattered inclusions in cream, grey, burgundy, black, earthy brown and muted green. These range from tiny speckles to large, dramatic sections, giving every side the appearance of a unique natural mosaic.

Conglomerate forms when fragments of older rocks become naturally cemented together within a finer-grained matrix. This creates its distinctive mixture of colours, shapes and textures, ensuring that no two pieces will ever look the same.

This material may also be sold within the crystal trade as Conglomerate Jasper or Puddingstone.

Natural lines, inclusions and minor surface variations may be present as part of the stone’s formation.
