A lively collection of Scottish favourites performed by Bert Shorthouse and His Glenlomond Scottish Band.

Recorded at The Ship Inn in Limekilns, Scotland, the album presents fourteen traditional and popular Scottish songs, including Loch Lomond, Skye Boat Song, Scotland the Brave, Auld Lang Syne, I Belong to Glasgow and Roamin’ in the Gloamin’.

Released in the UK by Fanfare and Music for Pleasure in 1975, this is the stereo vinyl edition with catalogue number SIT 60075.

The vinyl displays numerous visible surface marks and hairlines consistent with previous use. It has been visually graded VG but has not been play-tested.

The colourful laminated sleeve remains presentable, with age-related edge and corner wear, light surface marks, some rear discolouration and spotting, and minor handling creases. It has been graded VG.

Supplied with a plain paper inner sleeve, which shows age-related creasing and discolouration.

A nostalgic Scottish party album suited to fans of traditional songs, Scottish dance-band music and vintage folk recordings.
