Saint-Saëns Symphony No. 3 “Organ” & Wedding Cake – Daniel Chorzempa / Edo de Waart – Philips Stereo Vinyl LP
A vintage classical stereo vinyl LP featuring Camille Saint-Saëns' magnificent Symphony No. 3 in C Minor, Op. 78, popularly known as the Organ Symphony, together with the charming Wedding Cake, Op. 76, for piano and strings.
Performed by the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra under conductor Edo de Waart, with acclaimed organist and pianist Daniel Chorzempa.
The Organ Symphony is one of Saint-Saëns' most celebrated orchestral works, renowned for its dramatic orchestration and powerful organ passages. The accompanying Wedding Cake provides a delightful contrast, showcasing the composer's lighter, more playful style.
